India, Dec. 18 -- Srinagar: J&K Police attached the property of a notorious drug peddler worth Rs.1.5 crore under the NDPS Act in Srinagar. Police said that in its sustained crackdown against drug trafficking and the financial networks supporting the narcotics trade, police in Srinagar attached an immovable property of a notorious drug peddler worth approximately Rs.1.5 crore under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act in connection with a case registered at Police Station Shalteng. "The action has been taken in case FIR No. 75/2025 U/S 8/20 & 29 NDPS Act, following a detailed financial investigation conducted in accordance with Chapter V-A of the NDPS Act.
