JAMMU, Feb. 11 -- The state executive committee of the ruling Himachal Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday decided to launch an exercise to seek people's suggestions for preparing its manifesto for the forthcoming Lok Shaba elections.
"The party has decided to invite suggestions from people across the state for preparing it's manifestos for the Lok Sabha elections. We will distribute 3,000 forms in all the 12 districts to seek suggestions," state party chief Satpal Singh Satti said during a press conference here on Sunday.
Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur, former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, state party in-charge Tirath Singh Rawat was among others present.
