Shimla, Sept. 12 -- The HP government on Thursday signed 93 memorandums of understanding (MoUs) amounting to Rs.2,219 crore during a mini-conclave held at Manali on Wednesday.The conclave had to do with the global investors' meet, slated to be held on November 7 and 8 at Dharamshala.
Of the 93 MoUs signed, as many as 63 MoUs pertained to the tourism sector. The MoU's amounted to Rs.1,500 crore.
Speaking at the conclave, chief minister Jai Ram Thakur said, "The state government has adopted a holistic approach to attract investments. Himachal Pradesh now ranks top in the fast mover states category in ease of making reforms."
