SHIMLA, Jan. 8 -- The Manohar Lal Khattar government has been in power in Haryana for over 50 months, yet it has only been able to complete 72 out of the 280 announcements made in Ambala. With less than one year left before the state goes to the polls again, there are around 93 projects that are underway while work on 112 projects is yet to take off.
