JAMMU, May 13 -- Indian Army chief General MM Naravane, on a two-day visit to the Nagrota-based White Knight Corps, reviewed security scenario along the LoC in Akhnoor, Rajouri and Nowshera sectors.

He also visited the forward areas in these three sectors during his two day visit that started Tuesday.

"On his arrival at the White Knight Corps headquarters on Tuesday, General Naravane accompanied by Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Y K Joshi was briefed by General Officer Commanding, White Knight Corps, Lt Gen Suchendra Kumar, regarding the prevailing security situation, operational preparedness, Covid management and the assistance provided to the veterans and people of the region," said defence spokesman Lt Col Devender Anand.
