Shimla, May 13 -- Airport officials confirmed that Kangra airport opened for civilian flights from 10:30 am on Monday. Meanwhile, the airport authorities have also operationalised Jubberhatti airport near Shimla and Bhuntar airport in Kullu for civil flights. However, the flight operation at Shimla will start from May 13. The flights from the all three airports were suspended on May 7, after a central advisory. Kangra airport witnesses movement of 16 flights daily and connect destinations, including the Jwalamukhi Temple, Chintpurni, Chamunda Devi, Brajeshwari Devi, Kangra Fort, Cricket stadium in Dharamshala, Bir-Billing and the residence ofthe 14th Dalai Lama in McLeodganj. While Shimla airports has flights for Kangra, Delhi and Amritsar, and flights for Amritsar, Delhi, Jaipur and Dehradun, operates from Kullu airport....
