TORONTO, Aug. 2 -- The coronavirus-related precautions had forced the organisers to push the annual International Contemporary Film Festival to later in the year, but the organisers came up with something more on brand with the times for the city of Toronto to enjoy: a drive-in film festival.

The 12-day festival, which concluded on Friday, was held with the aim of getting the city's film buffs out of their homes, sitting in their cars, watching films alongside others without violating the need for social distancing. p10
