New Delhi/ Srinagar, March 13 -- The Delhi high court (HC) on Wednesday sought the National Investigation Agency (NIA's) response to a plea filed by jailed Jammu & Kashmir MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh, alias Rashid Engineer, seeking to be released on custody parole to attend the ongoing budget session of Parliament. The second leg of the session, which began on Monday, will conclude on April 4. The Barapulla MP's plea also sought interim bail as an alternative if custody parole was not granted....
