Srinagar, Jan. 17 -- The crime branch of Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against two persons of Karnataka for cheating Rs.13 lakh by falsely promising MBBS admission. In a statement, crime branch said that they filed a charge sheet in FIR under sections 420 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code against Aquib Javeedand Mohammad Ahtesham Ahmad, both residents ofRing Road Adarsh Nagar Karnataka, for cheating Rs.13 lakh by falsely promising MBBS admission. Earlier, the crime branchhad received a complaint from a local regarding how they were made to transfer Rs.13 lakh for a medical seat in one ofthe private medical colleges in Karnataka, however, the medical seat was never alloted despite the transfer of the money....
