PUNE, Feb. 15 -- The Pune sessions court on Friday passed an order upholding transfer of all the case records related to the Bhima Koregaon Elgar Parishad case to the Special NIA (National Investigation Agency) court in Mumbai, even as Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar slammed the Maharashtra government and the Centre's decision to transfer the case to the federal agency.

The Union government had on January 25 directed the NIA to take over the probe. All the accused in the case will be produced before the NIA court on February 28.
