Srinagar, Oct. 23 -- The Congress skipped a meeting with ally National Conference (NC) on Wednesday. Congress' J&K president Tariq Hameed Karra said his party had a meeting of its legislators today so could't participate in the NC's event. He said Congress legislators would meet again tomorrow and the recommendations would be sent to the high command. The NC-Congress relations have apparently turned sour after NC refused to give a safe seat to it for the Rajya Sabha elections. Meanwhile, J&K CM Omar Abdullah said his party would win all four Rajya Sabha seats. "I am thankful to Tarigami and others who participated in today's meeting," he said. htc...
