JAMMU, Feb. 11 -- Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday asked people to use the opportunity of the upcoming Lok Sabha and state assembly elections for teaching a lesson to those who burnt Rohtak during the 2016 Jat quota stir.
Khattar was addressing a 'Jan Vishwas Rally' in Kalanaur constituency of Rohtak district.
Without taking any name, he blamed former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda of orchestrating the caste violence of 2016 under frustration of losing the 2014 assembly elections.
Notably, Hooda has sent a defamation notice to BJP minister Manish Grover for making a similar statement against him.
