The protest rally, held at Zorawar Stadium amid the ongoing winter session of the Himachal Assembly, was attended by thousands of BJP supporters and workers. LoP Jai Ram Thakur, Hamirpur BJP MP Anurag Thakur, state BJP president Rajeev Bindal, BJP MLA and former Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar, and other party leaders were present at the rally. During the Assembly session, protests are being held against the government. "The entire state is unhappy with the government. In his three-year tenure, the Chief Minister has imposed a multitude of taxes on the people. The state government is continuously taking loans and providing benefits to its friends, Thakur alleged. Former Union minister and BJP MP from Hamirpur, Anurag Thakur, launching a scathing attack on the Congress government, said that the state government has failed on all its election guarantees. "The public is struggling with unemployment, broken roads, and stalled projects, while Congress leaders are busy enjoying the pleasures of power. Elderly people who have served their entire lives are not receiving their pensions on time. Employees are forced to take to the streets for salaries and allowances. The people of Himachal are watching everything, and in the future, Congress will have to pay the price for its lies, he said....
