Shimla, Dec. 10 -- State Congress president Vinay Kumar has assured party workers that he will be their strong voice during his visit to Mandi where he held interactions with party workers in Swarghat, Bharari, Sundernagar, Nachan, and Balh assembly constituencies. He said that as the party president, it is his responsibility to address the problems of the party workers. Kumar said that the high command has entrusted him with the important responsibility of strengthening the organisation in the state. He said that this was his first visit to the Mandi region, and he will soon visit all the blocks to have direct interaction with the party workers. He said that party workers are the backbone of any party, therefore, it is very important for them to be strong. He told the party workers that they will have to live up to whatever responsibilities they are given by the organization in the near future. He urged them to participate enthusiastically in the state Congress government's Jan Sankalp Samelan to be held in Mandi on December 11 and in the All India Congress Committee's "Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod" mega-rally in New Delhi on December 14....
