Jammu, March 16 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Mehraj Malik on Saturday accused the saffron party of allegedly constructing its office in Kathua on encroached state land A verbal duel erupted in the legislative assembly here during grants on demands related to public works, mining, and industries. Led by Sham Lal Sharma, the BJP MLAs asked Malik to either substantiate his claims with evidence or tender an unconditional apology. Hiranagar BJP MLA Rajiv Jasrotia claimed that the party's office in Kathua had been in existence for over a decade.
