JAMMU, July 29 -- An attempt to murder case has been registered against a Nanak Nagar resident for hitting a 65-yr-old twice was reversing a car. The action was taken after a CCTV footage of a speeding Thar hitting a scooty-borne man and then going full throttle in reverse and hitting him again, went viral on social media.
