Shimla, Dec. 14 -- A vehicle overturned on the highway in Kingal, nearly 90 kilometres from Shimla, leaving 18 Nepalese injured, officials said on Saturday. After the tempo traveller met with an accident, local residents rushed to rescue the victims. The police were also informed. Police officials said the driver of the tempo lost control of the vehicle following which it overturned. All of the passengers were injured. They were taken to the community health centre (CHC) in Kumarsain. Around 10 persons are said to have suffered severe injuries. They were referred to the Mahatma Gandhi Medical Service Complex, Khaneri, officials said. According to the police, Sections 281 (rash and negligent driving) and 125A (endangering life and personal safety of others) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita have been slapped....
