Jaipur, Oct. 23 -- Two Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leaders were paraded on donkeys with blackened faces and garlanded with shoes by the party workers, who accused them of selling the party tickets during Lok Sabha elections, in Jaipur on Tuesday.
Sources claimed that one of the two leaders was a national office-bearer of the party and another a state leader.
The video of the incident, which took place outside the BSP's office, was circulated on social media. In the video, the party workers can be seen heckling the two leaders accusing them of cheating the party.
Condemning the incident, BSP national president Mayawati termed it a "shameful" act and blamed Congress for it.
