Bharatpur/Sawai Madhopur, March 27 -- A truck driver was charred to death when another truck rammed into his vehicle in Sawai Madhopur district, police said on Thursday. The accident occurred on Delhi-Mumbai expressway near Khijuri village under Rawajna Dungar police station on Wednesday night, police said. Rawajna Dungar police station in-charge Dilip Kumar, said, "A truck hit a parked truck on the roadside from the back. The parked truck caught fire while the driver, who was in the cabin, was burnt alive." The deceased was identified as 30-year-old Akram Khan from Uttar Pradesh, police said, adding that the body was handed over to family members after post-mortem examination.
