Siliserh boring work: Protesting farmers halted outside Jaipur
Alwar, June 20 -- Hundreds of farmers who were headed to the collectorate office in Jaipur with over 500 tractors, protesting against government's boring activity near Siliserh Lake in Alwar, were stopped by police at Dhaaipedi before entering the city on Thursday, police officers aware of the matter said.
Additional superintendent of police (rural) Priyanka Raghuvanshi said, "The farmer were stopped near Dhaaipedi before entering Jaipur."

Senior officials including the SDM, ADM, and other police officers reached the site, and a round of talks was held with farmer representatives at a near a temple in Jat hostel.
