Jaipur, June 6 -- The efforts to conserve the water and environment will be put simultaneously in Rajasthan, chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said in a public event in Bundi on Thursday. The chief minister said, "Both the environment and water conservation are our priorities in Rajasthan. I urge everyone to plant saplings, prioritise cleanliness, and protect the wells and ponds near your areas". He further said, "Rajasthan has the maximum need of water. The BJP government has been working on it for the last one and half year. from ERCP to Yamuna water pact, Dewasi scheme will help the state to store sufficient drinking and irrigation water. Soon, this notion will be forgotten that Rajasthan has a scarcity of water."...
