Jaipur, Aug. 27 -- The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) on Tuesday debarred 415 candidates, who submitted fake certificates, from sitting in any examination in future. In an official statement, the RPSC said, "The commission is taking constant actions against the candidates who have provided fake special-ability, sports certificates or forged certificates related to any educational qualification. On Tuesday, we debarred 415 candidates from sitting any of our exams in their lifetime while another 109 were also debarred for five years." According to the officials, a maximum of 128 candidates have been debarred in Jalore followed by 81 in Dungarpur and 40 in Banswara. "At least 126 candidates were debarred for providing fake B.Ed degree, 148 were debarred for using prohibited items during exams, 68 were debarred for impersonating, 38 were debarred for using bluetooth or any other electronic device to get access to the question paper before exams, 62 were also debarred for taking the OMR sheet outside the exam centre while many other were also found providing wrong information in their application forms," read the statement. Officials also said that at least 10 such candidates were also in the list who are from outside Rajasthan - of whom five are from Uttar Pradesh, two from Haryana, and one each from Buhar, Delhi, and Madhya Pradesh. At least four school teachers were terminated from their service by the state education department on Tuesday for allegedly providing fake disability certificates during the recruitment, according to an official statement The education minister's office said "The four have been recruited through the Senior Secondary Sanskrit School Teacher exam 2022. They were finally hired in December 2024 after they cleared all the steps. However, the forgery came to the light during an ongoing verification process. We have terminated all the four."
