Bharatpur, Dec. 14 -- A Rajasthan Roadways bus conductor was seen in a viral video allegedly assaulting a passenger inside the bus over fare, officials said on Saturday. According to officials, the incident took place on Thursday in Mathura when a passenger was travelling in a bus from Bharatpur to Mathura. The passenger reportedly gave Rs.500 to the bus conductor as he did not have change. He allegedly threatened to damage bus glasses when the conductor refused to return the remaining amount, officials said. The conductor then allegedly started to assault him, officials said. Some passengers, captured the video of the incident. HT could not independently verify the veracity of the video. Lohagarh Depot manager Rakesh Kumar Saini said that the conductor, Naresh Foujdar, works at Lohagarh Depot.
