Jaipur/Alwar, March 16 -- A change in weather conditions was witnessed across several parts of Rajasthan after a western disturbance became active over north India, bringing rain and hailstorm to many districts. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), rainfall was recorded late Saturday night in several districts while hailstones were reported on Sunday morning. IMD has warned that another strong western disturbance is likely to become active between March 18 and 21, which may bring thunderstorms, gusty winds and rainfall to several parts of the state. The impact is expected to peak on March 19 and 20, when several areas in Jodhpur, Bikaner, Ajmer division, Jaipur and Bharatpur could witness thunderstorms, strong winds reaching 40-50 kmph and scattered rainfall....
