Prime accused arrested from Indore, say police
Jaipur, Oct. 19 -- The prime accused in the murder of Ramesh Rulania, a BJP worker and motorcycle agency owner, in Didwana-Kuchaman on October 7 was arrested on Saturday in Madhya Pradesh's Indore, police said.
The development came a day after three accused in the case were arrested in Kolkata on Friday.
The accused- Zubair Ahmed, reportedly fled from Kolkata following his associates' arrests in the Phoolbagan area, said Kuchaman superintendent of police Richa Tomar.
"As soon as we could trace him, a police team was dispatched to Indore, where they arrested him this morning. The other three suspects, who were arrested in Kolkata, are being brought to Kuchaman and are expected to arrive by tonight," she added.
The incident occurred around 5:40 am on October 7 when Ramesh Rulania, owner of a motorcycle agency and a BJP worker, was exercising on the gym's second floor.
According to police, three masked men entered the gym and opened fire at Rulania before fleeing the scene.
Police rushed Rulania to the district hospital, where doctors declared him dead....
