Jodhpur, May 12 -- The central zonal bench of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) has pulled up the state government for failing to furnish specific details on the utilisation of funds collected under the District Mineral Foundation (DMF) scheme. A division bench comprising justice Sheo Kumar Singh and expert member Afroz Ahmad on May 6 instructed secretary (environment) of state government, and secretary of Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, to submit a detailed reply on affidavit in four weeks.
