JODHPUR, April 8 -- A Special Court under the POCSO Act in Jodhpur has convicted a 52-year-old man for raping one of his younger brother's wives and attempting to rape another. Addressing the delay in filing the FIR, the court said the first victim remained silent for about four months due to fear of social stigma and ridicule. However, when a similar act was committed against her sister-in-law, both women, with the support of their mother-in-law, lodged the complaint. The court recommended both victims be provided immediate compensation through the District Legal Services Authority....
