Jodhpur, June 28 -- The Rajasthan high court has issued strict directions to all Principal Magistrates of Juvenile Justice Boards (JJBs) across the state over delays in disposing petty offence cases under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
