JODHPUR, Dec. 12 -- The Rajasthan high court has dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking to quash a policy clause that restricts release of state grants to cow shelters whose ownership or control is under court dispute. A division bench of justices Pushpendra Singh Bhati and Bipin Gupta on Wednesday passed the order on the petition filed by Shri Gaushala Samiti of Sardarshahar.
