HC clears WAY for food safety officer's HIRING
JODHPUR, Nov. 22 -- The Rajasthan high court on Thursday cleared the way for the 2019 and 2022 recruitment processes for the posts of Food Safety Officer, overturning a single bench's decision, ruled that training for selected candidates is not mandatory at the time of selection, but must be completed by the date of issuance of the appointment notification.
The division bench of acting chief justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma and justice Anurup Singhi said that the required qualifications (both educational and training) must be present on the date they are appointed.
