BARMER, July 25 -- Rajasthan governor Haribhau Bagde said on Thursday that the success of any scheme lies in its visible impact on the ground, not in files or figures. "True success of any government scheme should be measured by its visible outcomes on the ground, not by paperwork or official reports." Addressing a review meeting with senior district officials during his day-long visit to Balotra, the governor urged the administration to work with sincerity and accountability to ensure that welfare benefits genuinely reached the most deprived and deserving citizens. He called for meaningful implementation over procedural formality, reminding officers that governance is only effective when it touches lives where it matters most. The governor called on the administration to ensure that government welfare schemes truly empower those who need them the most. Stressing that no eligible citizen should be left behind, the governor urged officials to work with a sense of purpose and accountability so that benefits reach the poorest and most marginalised communities. Upon his arrival at the collectorate, the governor was accorded a ceremonial guard of honour by the police. He then participated in a plantation drive, symbolically underlining the message of environmental conservation.
