Jaipur, June 6 -- The industries and commerce department of Rajasthan is set to unveil several projects across key sectors at the "Rising Rajasthan: Partnership Conclave 2025," scheduled for December 11-12 in Jaipur, an official familiar with the matter said on Thursday. "The projects will span infrastructure, mining, IT, deep-tech, BFSI, skilling, and social sectors like health, education, and nutrition, aiming to attract private sector partnerships for implementation, knowledge sharing, and co-creation," said Ajitabh Sharma, secretary of the department. A meeting to deliberate on the preparations for the conclave was held on Thursday. He said after organising the "Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024", Rajasthan is now gearing up to host the "Rising Rajasthan: Partnership Conclave 2025" in Jaipur. In addition to the deliberations on the agenda of the conclave, the officials also discussed the themes of the tentative knowledge sessions, roundtable discussions and business expo proposed during the two-day event, Sharma said. Detailed discussions also took place on the preparations for the Pravasi Rajasthani Diwas event scheduled to be held on December 10. Sharma said the Partnership Conclave will primarily highlight the implementation and socio-economic impact of MoUs signed during the investment summit. "Additionally, it will focus on government-business collaborations and showcase Rajasthan's business reforms and the contributions of various departments to the state's economic growth," he said. "The industries department is also planning to offer a comprehensive shelf of Investible Projects to the business community for partnering with the government in implementing the projects. These projects will be offered in sectors ranging from infrastructure, utility services, mining, Information Technology, deep-tech, skilling, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) and GCC (Global Capability Centre) to social sectors like health, education, and nutrition," he said. He further said that the scope for exploring potential partnerships with the private sector is expected to include areas of knowledge sharing and co-creation among others "The upcoming Rising Rajasthan: Partnership Conclave 2025 will highlight the successful conversion of MoUs signed during the 2024 summit into on-ground projects and their socio-economic impact. The event will also strengthen government-business partnerships, drive dialogue in key sectors, promote skilling, and showcase reforms accelerating industrial growth," Ajitabh Sharma said. During the December 2024 summit led by chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, the state secured record investment proposals worth Rs.35 lakh crore.
