Governor urges students to focus on skill development
Jaipur, Oct. 30 -- Rajasthan Governor Haribhau Bagade on Wednesday said that every student has unique talents and skills, which, when nurtured, can enable them to showcase their abilities and bring laurels to the country. He emphasized that universities should take initiatives to identify and promote the hidden potential within students.
The newly established Student Activity Centre, he said, will serve as a hub for creativity and innovation, encouraging students to develop their skills.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the newly-constructed Student Activity Centre at the Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota, on Wednesday, he said that a degree holds little value without practical knowledge, and therefore, students should focus not just on textbooks but also on gaining hands-on experience and real-world understanding. He expressed hope that the new centre would enhance students' creative and technical abilities, helping them make Rajasthan Technical University stand out across the country.
