BharatpurDholpur, Dec. 31 -- Police on Tuesday arrested a terminated constable of the Rajasthan Armed Constabulary from Uttar Pradesh for allegedly raping a minor in Dholpur, police said. The accused, who was on the run, was found wearing a burqa and lipstick. Dholpur superintendent of police Vikas Sangwan said the girl's father had lodged a complaint at City Kotwali police station on December 15, alleging that the accused, Rajendra Sisodia, 58, raped his 16-year-old daughter. Sisodia fled while police launched a search. Police later received information that Sisodia had been living in Vrindavan and Govardhan (Uttar Pradesh) disguised as a woman. "The accused was found wearing a burqa and lipstick. He tried to flee but was caught by our team," Sangwan said. According to police, two months ago, Sisodia, a native of Pokhrapura under City Kotwali, allegedly promised the victim a job at Dholpur district hospital. On December 15, he called her again to hand over an admit card for a purported jail police recruitment test, raped her, and fled when locals gathered after hearing her screams....
