ex-bsf soldier dies by suicide after killing brother-in-law
Jaipur, June 27 -- A 48-year-old retired Border Security Force (BSF) soldier on Thursday shot himself after killing his 50-year-old brother-in-law with the same gun in Nagaur district of Rajasthan over an alleged dispute with his wife, police said.
According to Gotan station house officer Suresh Chaudhary, "The incident took place early on Thursday morning. The victim also recorded a six-minute video before the incident in which he talked about his dispute with his wife who had been staying at her parental home for the last three months. The bodies have been sent for autopsy. Further probe is underway."
The man served in BSF for 20 years before he retired last year, police said.
"On Thursday morning, the man took his two-wheeler and reached his brother-in-law's residence where nobody else but only his wife was present at the moment. Once his brother-in-law opened the door, he took out his licensed gun and shot him on his chest. Within seconds, he also shot himself," said Chaudhary. HTC...
