BharatpurA, Feb. 13 -- At least three women were arrested on Thursday for allegedly killing a man for avenging the murder of their brother in Jhalawar, police said. The incident took place on Tuesday when the body of a man was found lying in wheat crops in village Madanpuriya Churel under Aklera police station, police said. After being informed,police reached the spot and took the body to the mortuary where after the post-mortem examination, police handed over the body to family members. The deceased was identified as Kalulal Bhil, 40, resident of village Madanpuriya Churel. The wife of the deceased registered a complaint against three women of her family for killing her husband to take revenge. Jhalawar SP Amit Kumar said, "The deceased Kalulal Bhil killed a man, Bherulal Bhil, five years ago. After being released on bail from the court, he was living with his family in Kota for daily wage labour." He returned to his village on Tuesday where the two sisters along with their brother's wife killed him with a sharp weapon to take revenge for their brother's murder, police said.
