JODHPUR, Sept. 17 -- The Rajasthan high court on Monday admitted a leave to appeal against Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam, and a local resident, Dushyant Singh, in connection with the hunting of two blackbucks in 1998 but expressed unhappiness over the delay. The court will hear after four weeks on the point of admission of appeal.

The state government had filed a leave-to-appeal in the high court against the acquittal of the five accused. The high court registry had objected to the filing of leave to appeal after the stipulated deadline, on which the state government had submitted an application seeking condoning of delay.
