Jaipur, Sept. 11 -- An internal enquiry conducted by the police department into lapses, which led to the escape of a dreaded criminal from Alwar's Behror police station, revealed that the staff of the police station came to know that the arrested accused was Vikram alias Papla Gurjar, most wanted criminal of Haryana, around 7am on Friday. But none of them informed their seniors, for which action was taken against the entire staff of Behror police station on Monday....
