Jaipur, July 28 -- The National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) launched the "NALSA Veer Parivar Sahayata Yojana 2025" from Jammu and Kashmir, aiming to provide free and accessible legal aid to defence personnel, ex-servicemen, and their families. As part of the initiative, a Legal Services Clinic was inaugurated in Jaipur, according to an official statement.
During the ceremony held on Saturday, the member secretary of the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Hariom Sharma Atri, said: "This will be done through dedicated Legal Services Clinics established in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence's Department of Sainik Welfare, including Central Sainik Board, State Sainik Boards, District Sainik Offices."
Rita Tejpal, chairperson of the District Legal Services Authority Jaipur Metropolitan-II and District & Sessions Judge, stated that this initiative is a tribute and expression of gratitude towards the selfless service of the defenders of our nation.
Pallavi Sharma, secretary of the District Legal Services Authority Jaipur Metropolitan-II, said: "The clinic has been established by the Legal Services Authority in coordination with the district administration, and the State and District Sainik Welfare Offices."...
