Kota, Oct. 19 -- Covid-19 antibodies were found to be missing in nearly 20% of patients who were cured of the virus and had shown interest in blood plasma donation in Kota.

Plasma donation is one of the medical procedures opted across the country to treat Covid-19 patients. Blood plasma is collected from people who already has the antibodies and is transferred into Covid-19 patients to help develop immunity.

Surprisingly, several cured patients in Kota, who wanted to donate plasma, were found to be lacking Covid-19 antibodies.
