India, Dec. 22 -- In a moment that reflected the growing recognition of creative leadership in India, Jagran Lakecity University conferred an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) to Sunil Sethi, Chairman of Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) at its 10th Annual Convocation held in Bhopal.
