Bharatpur, Nov. 5 -- Five people have been arrested and police teams have been formed to nab others after a man was killed and six others sustained injuries in a clash over a wedding meal on Tuesday in Deeg district, police said. The incident took place in village Bodoli under Pahari police station on Monday when family members of Gyasi Gurjar opened fire at the family members of Tulsi Saini. According to police, there was a wedding programme in Tulsi Saini's family where a clash erupted with a family member of Gyasi Gurajar over having a meal. All family members of Gyasi Gurjar gathered on the roof of their house and started pelting stones. They opened fire where seven people of the Saini family got bullet injuries. On being informed, police reached the spot and rushed all the injured to hospital where doctors referred them to Bharatpur district hospital. 35-year-old Chandan Saini was declared dead by doctors while the other injured are undergoing treatment. The victim's family members refused to take the body and demanded the arrest all the accused. Omprakash Meena, Deeg Superintendent of Police said that five accused have been arrested under sections of BNS .Police teams have been constituted to search for the other accused, who are on the run. The police registered a complaint against 18 people for opening fire and shooting a man dead, Meena said. The family of the victim have also given a memorandum to the Pahari sub-divisional magistrate to demand compensation as well as agovernment job for the victim's family, Meena said....
