3 dead in road accident
Jaipur, June 15 -- At least three people were killed when their car collided head on with a speeding truck in Hanumangarh on Saturday morning, said police.
The station house officer of Sangaria, Karan Singh, said, "The incident happened on Saturday when the three victims were heading towards Sangria from Hanumangarh city. Following the accident, the car was severely crushed and stuck under the truck. The truck driver fled the spot. Police are searching for him."
Police said both the car and the truck were running at a high speed and they collided head-on when the truck took the wrong lane. "The three victims were taken out from the car and rushed to a nearby hospital where they were declared dead on arrival," said the SHO.
The three victims were identified as Puneet Kumar, Krishna, and Daya Ram. "They used work in a local company as salesmen," said the SHO. htc...
