2 cops caught accepting bribe of Rs.25K in jaipur
Jaipur, July 8 -- An assistant police superintendent and an inspector have been trapped by the Anti Corruption Bureau in Jaipur on Monday when they were taking a Rs.25,000 bribe from an individual, officials aware of the matter said.
An official privy to the matter said, "The action was taken based on a complaint by a jawan posted in the Homeguard unit of the Rajasthan police. Prima facie, ASP Navneet Joshi and inspector Jitendra Pal have been pressurising the complainant to pay a bribe to withdraw his supension." htc...
