Mussoorie, Jan. 14 -- A Winter Tourism Conclave will be held at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM) in Uttarkashi on Wednesday, officials familiar with the matter said on Tuesday. Hosted by the state tourism department, in collaboration with the district administration, the Conclave aims to promote year-round tourism and strengthen the local economy.
