New Delhi, Nov. 4 -- The Supreme Court on Friday asked the Centre to inform by Monday on who should be part of the selection committee to appoint two pro-tem members of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC). The order was passed on a petition filed by the Delhi government. A bench headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud kept the matter for Monday while asking Solicitor General Tushar Mehta to take instructions on the proposed composition of selection committee to nominate the ad-hoc members to DERC. The government informed the court that DERC is manned by the pro-tem Chairman justice (retd) Jayant Nath with the remaining two posts of members being vacant....
