New Delhi, Dec. 17 -- The Supreme Court on Tuesday flagged a procedural flaw in Parliament's move to remove Allahabad high court judge Yashwant Varma. His plea said an inquiry panel under the Judges (Inquiry) Act, 1968 can be formed only after both Houses admit the motion and jointly constitute the committee. But the Lok Sabha Speaker admitted the motion and formed a panel while it was still pending in the Rajya Sabha.
