Pilot leads Cong, NSUI members in student election protests
Jaipur, Aug. 6 -- Rajasthan Police on Monday used water cannons to disperse NSUI workers and senior Congress leaders, including Sachin Pilot, as they tried to march towards the Chief Minister's residence in Jaipur, demanding the immediate resumption of student union elections. The protest, held at Shaheed Smarak on MI Road, drew participation from several top Congress leaders, including AICC General Secretary Pilot and NSUI national president Varun Chaudhary.
