Gurugram, Oct. 16 -- Government schools in Gurugram reopened for regular sessions of all class 9 to 12 students on Thursday, more than seven months after being shut owing to the Covid-19 pandemic and close to a month after the government allowed partial reopening of schools for students of Class 9 and Class 12 on a voluntary basis to seek guidance from teachers.

On Thursday, a few big government schools witnessed an uptick in the number of students coming to attend classes. The footfall at the smaller schools, however, remained negligible.
