New Delhi, Dec. 29 -- The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has designated 100 official dog-feeding spots across Lutyens's Delhi, comprising areas such as Khan Market, Lodhi Garden, government office complexes, diplomatic areas, and commercial hubs, officials said.
